Typically, we book projects a few weeks to a month in advance to ensure we can dedicate the necessary time and attention to each client, but occasionally we're able to accomodate more urgent projects. Once we discuss your project details and goals, we'll provide you with a project start date and timeline.
For most projects, we require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. However, for larger projects, we understand the importance of flexibility and may offer payment plans with multiple installments. We also offer monthly retainers for ongoing design and marketing work.

During this call, we'll get to know each other better, chat about your project as well as our process, and determine if we're the perfect fit to bring your vision to life.
After our call, we'll send you a service proposal and contract to review. Once you sign, our project is now official!
